How well do they contain odour?
They're odour-resistant — a triple-layer barrier with a heat-sealed, resealable closure that strongly contains smell for everyday storage and travel. For best results, press out the air and double-seal, store cool, and add an activated-charcoal insert for longer storage.
What size are they?
Stink Safe bags come in three sizes: Small (10 × 7 cm), Medium (15 × 10 cm), and Large (20 × 14 cm). All sizes use the same triple-layer construction and press-seal closure.
Are they food-safe?
Yes. The inner lining is food-grade PE, free from BPA and phthalates. They're safe for dry foods, herbs, and spices.
What's in a pack?
Each pack contains 6 uniquely designed bags from the same collection — one of each collectible art design.
Are they reusable?
Absolutely. The press-seal closure is rated for hundreds of open-close cycles. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry.

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@stinksafe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — just let us know in your return request what you'd like instead.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a photo and email it to hello@stinksafe.co.uk. We'll send a replacement straight away.

What is the minimum order quantity?
First orders start at just 10 packs. Reorders are from 25 packs.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Fill in the form on our wholesale page. We'll be in touch within 1 working day with pricing.
Do you offer display units?
Yes — countertop display units are available for qualifying trade accounts.
What are your payment terms?
We accept payment on order for new accounts. Credit terms are available after the first three orders.
How fast is wholesale dispatch?
Trade orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmed payment.

Are Stink Safe bags legal?
Yes. Stink Safe bags are sold for legal use only — storing herbs, spices, dry foods, and similar products. We do not promote or condone use with illegal substances.
